Nolan Oswald Dennis

24 Apr-22 Jun 2025

Gasworks
London SE11 5RH

Overview

The first UK solo exhibition by Johannesburg-based artist Nolan Oswald Dennis, who works across mediums to explore the politics of space and time through a system- rather than site-specific approach.

The exhibition will include new and existing works exploring the relationships between geology and cosmology, alongside a new iteration of the Black Earth Study Club, developed in collaboration with local artists, writers and researchers.

Gasworks’ Exhibitions programme is supported by Catherine Petitgas, Gasworks Exhibitions Supporters and Arts Council England. Nolan Oswald Dennis' exhibition is presented in partnership with Swiss Institute, New York.
