Overview

Anna Barham and Chiara Camoni will present a collaborative project based on repetition, curated by Caterina Avataneo. Zenzic is a structure made with Barham’s CFF Bracket (1016). Originally commissioned by Site Gallery, Sheffield to create a vast display structure, Barham designed the steel brackets as a way of building that would mimic the way that crystals form by repeating the geometry of their unit cell over and over. For Zenzic Barham has designed a new form with the brackets on which to display a selection from a series of 250 pencil on paper drawings of stars made by Chiara Camoni’s Grandmother. Camoni will also respond to Barham’s structure, producing a new work to be displayed on it alongside the drawings.
