Overview
Alice Amati is pleased to host Apollo Painting School in its lower ground floor gallery space. The exhibition will features new works by APS 2024 student cohort: Ally Fallon, Hannah-Sophia Guerriero, Isaac Jordan, Deborah Lerner, and Isobel Shore, and it marks a reunion for the artists who have completed the APS programme in September 2024 with a final exhibition at Museo Cambellotti, Latina (IT).
Apollo Painting School is an intensive 3-month summer programme for UK-based emerging artists with a painting practice taking place between Manchester (UK) and Latina (Italy). Founded in 2023 by artist Louise Giovanelli, gallerist & curator Alice Amati and artist & academic Dr. Ian Hartshorne, the non-profit organisation aims to create an alternative and unique learning opportunity for emerging painters, regardless of economic background or circumstances.
