Join us for a public discussion moderated by art critic and writer Hettie Judah. The panel, featuring artist Joy Gerrard; curator and writer Ingrid Swenson; and Nick Willing, film director and son of artist Paula Rego, will discuss the societal role of art and the power of art to change a narrative.
This discussion is held in conjunction with our current exhibition Image as Protest: Joy Gerrard & Paula Rego, which brings together two powerful bodies of work centred on women’s rights. Open until 4 March 2023.
The exhibition will open from 6pm and the talk will begin at 6.30pm with an opportunity for an audience Q&A at the end. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
