The symbolic solar instillation former American president Jimmy Carter inaugurated on the White House in 1979 was removed 7 years later by the Ronald Regan administration. Structured around a road-trip to deliver two of the White House solar panels to American history museums, artists Christina Hemauer and Roman Keller's film looks back to Carter’s energy policy in the context of the 1979 energy crisis.
