Overview
A theatrical staging of Ulla von Brandenburg’s vision of how form, colour and sound intermingle, Thoughts Are Things invites viewers to expand their own sensitivities towards the invisible spaces in between.
Drawing upon the histories of abstraction and modernism, such as occultism, synaesthesia and surrealism, the artist presents an installation of new textile works, sculptures, paintings and films that leads the viewer through a dreamlike maze within the gallery.
