An accompanying programme within the exhibition "Serena Huang: I Saw A Sun And A Moon As I Entered Between The 7th And 8th Rib", this workshop takes you on a holistic exploration of your body, mind, and energy, facilitated by acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine explorer, Luke Warburton.

Overview:

In this captivating workshop, you will delve into movement practices, self-massage, acupoint stimulation, Chi exploration, and creative visualisation. Under the guidance of Luke Warburton, you'll learn ancient Chinese medicine techniques and modern practices that enable you to tap into your body's innate wisdom, unlocking hidden potentials and fostering a profound connection within. The workshop will also include creatively marking and drawing to visualise the acupoints.
