Overview

Following a poetry reading by Asmaa Jama, MA.MOYO weaves together a sonic tapestry of voice and immersive soundscapes, drawing on themes of ancestry, migration and the natural world. sanka sounds presents a DJ set as a sonic response to Asmaa Jama and Gouled Ahmed’s exhibition Except this time nothing returns from the ashes.
