Firstsite will present a special film programme dedicated to exploring the themes addressed in BIG WOMEN, the major group exhibition curated by Sarah Lucas. With films featured in the exhibition alongside additional films and works, some of which will be shown in public for the first time.
The special programme is curated by Sarah Lucas and Noriko Okaku, featuring artists including: Renata Adela, Fiona Banner AKA The Vanity Press, Yoko Brown, Pauline Daly, Siobhan Davies, Vanessa Fristedt, Salena Godden, Merilyn Humphreys, Pam Hogg, Patricia Jordan, Princess Julia, Abigail Lane, Sarah Lucas and Julian Simmons, Tiggy Maconochie, Polly Morgan, Noriko Okaku, Clare Palmier, Georgina Starr, Laura Such, Gillian Wearing, and Sue Webster.
