Overview

MAMOTH is thrilled to announce an upcoming solo exhibition ‘Deliverance’ by Brittany Shepherd (b.1988, Canada) at the gallery.

Exhibiting for the first time in the UK and with the gallery, Brittany Shepherd will bring oil paintings referencing those on-demand platforms providing fetish erotism and bodily enchantment. Her works appear as close-ups of female body parts, often soaked in some undetermined fluid or entangled in plastic sheets, exploring pleasure, dominance, and selfhood.
