Please join us at Pippy Houldsworth Gallery for an In Conversation with New York based artist Ming Smith and Hans Ulrich Obrist, Artistic Director of Serpentine Galleries, London. The discussion will mark the opening of the exhibition A Dream Deferred, Smith’s inaugural physical exhibition with the gallery and her first solo show in the UK, with the private view following the talk at 6-8pm.
The conversation will centre around Smith’s multifaceted career that spans over five decades, whilst also focusing on the selection of unique vintage prints and rare hand-painted photographs included in the exhibition. The exhibitions runs 18 March - 30 April 2022.
