Overview
Taking the work of renowned Canadian artist Emily Carr as a starting point, this exhibition explores how contemporary artists express the Canadian imaginary through ideas of landscape, indigeneity and a sense of free movement. Featured artists include Emily Carr, Melanie Authier, Dana Claxton, Marlene Creates, Christos Dikeakos, Freda Diesing and Wanda Koop, among others.
