Overview

Wu Chi-Tsung is fascinated by images, both by how they are made and how we see them. Working mostly in installation, video and photography he experiments with and manipulates these artistic mediums, altering the physical processes of a photograph or changing the elements of timing which makes film the medium of movement. By exploring these playful techniques in photography and film he is creating a series of works which seem to echo the past, linking the tradition of painting with a new vision (by these games), and exposing the essence of image and illusion.
