Looking at different forms and processes of ‘collaging’, The Borrowers showcases the work of six UK and International artists working across film, sculpture, print, digital and traditional cut and paste collage techniques. Themes of materiality, domesticity and authorship run throughout, with works created from spliced Super8 slides, wallpaper prints, sculptural arrangements, surrealist paper collages, digital video assemblages and photomontages.
