Vermilion Lake is a full-size replica of a trappers’ cabin, which houses an interactive virtual environment including a rowing boat which visitors are invited to row. where the bears are sleeping is a film depicting monochromatic imagery of glaciers, forests and frozen landscapes. Employing techniques used in video games, the exhibition plays with our apprehension of different forms of reality. Gibson / Martelli work together as igloo.
