BERTILLE BAK : Screenings of "O Quatrieme" at St Marylebone Church

NETTIE HORN is very pleased to present an off-site screening of Bertille Bak's recent film "O Quatrième" at the St Marylebone Parish Church, situated a few minutes walk from Frieze art fair. "O Quatrième" is a project which takes place in the convent of the Chapel of "Notre Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse" in Paris where Bak spent a considerable amount of time with the order of the Sisters of Charity. Through in depth conversations with Sister Marie-Agnès who endearlingly recounts personal stories and anecdotes, Bak transcribes her perception of the sisters' daily life, traditions and hobbies while evoking existential questions about the afterlife.
