Overview

Rod Bugg is a sculptor currently working in fired clay and drawing. He sees his recent sculpture as breaking new ground, as well as returning to and rethinking familiar ways of working and drawing. His ceramic objects, sometimes in series mounted on the walls or in real space on the floor, are essentially abstract but also reference the real world and landscape.
