Overview
MOTINTERNATIONAL London are delighted to announce Ulay’s first solo exhibition with the gallery. The exhibition presents an exceptional opportunity to view auto self-portraits produced from the 1970's to the present, including large format photograms, a unique bookwork and intimate images from his important early Renais - sense series, which questioned the relationship between gender and identity. One of the leading representatives of body art and performance, his work is notable for its experimental use of photography, in particular Polaroid.
