Overview

A new open exhibition of contemporary sculpture in the gardens at Hatfield House including work from nineteen artists based in London and the Eastern region. The sculptures respond to ideas around garden design and the ‘natural’ versus the ‘designed’. Artists included in Eastern Approaches 2009: Grace Adam, Paul Bainbridge, Richard Bray, Angela Conner, Dexter Dymoke, Susan Forsyth, Angela Godfrey, Jon Gregg, Martin Griffiths, Derek Howarth, Miyuki Kasahara, Beata Kozlowska, Jackie Lancaster, Aviva Leeman, Victoria Rance, Anna Sikorska, Chris Summerfield / Sian O'Keeffe and Teucer Wilson University of Hertfordshire Galleries (UH Galleries) in collaboration with Hatfield House.
