Overview

Submissions are invited from those who live, work or study in Hertfordshire, and from alumni of the University of Hertfordshire. The exhibition is now in its eleventh year, and has marked itself out as the definitive annual showcase for local artistic talent. Last year over one hundred artists from across Hertfordshire submitted work. The first prize is a solo exhibition with UH Galleries, and there are also a number of cash prizes. These prizes represent a substantial investment in the artistic life of Hertfordshire’s community.
