Running Wild is a new series of intriguing work by acclaimed artist Frances Kearney. These large-scale colour photographic tableaux are staged outdoors, in locations across East Anglia. Immaculately choreographed and featuring young girls they suggest an inherent narrative, while exploring the artist's interest in landscape and the collapse of children's engagement with nature. Beautiful and haunting, Frances' images combine a romantic, painterly approach to the landscape and a fascination with the way we inhabit post-industrial and rural environments. A Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery touring exhibition.
