Overview

'Invisible spaces of parenthood: A collection of pragmatic propositions for a better future' is an attempt to explore the issues surrounding childcare in Britain and more specifically around The Church Street area. The Showroom and the artist will work with local nurseries, child minders, children's centers and parent groups to develop a platform in which issues around childcare can be made visible and discussed. This setting will bring children, parents and professionals together in the gallery space and provide an opportunity to test and discuss new models and possibilities.
