Thoughts on the photographic image in the age of the selfie. Self portraiture has been established in photography long before the present obsession for "selfies" began. Inspired by the book “Self Portrait” by American photographer Lee Friedlander, Brian Adams own photographs explore the nature of the photographic image through the use of the self-portrait.
