Overview
Westwood's sculptural exhibition features, by turns, serious and whimsical objects which register the permissive underbelly of monetary economy. Existing in a subterranean world, beneath normative evaluation these objects escape the historicized imprint of value within aesthetic and moral judgment opening up an arena of superfluity and triviality. Here the frivolity of a cheese-twist is equivalent to a food mountain.
