Joseph Beuys
4 Feb-2 May 2005
Tate Modern
London SE1 9TG
This exhibition is the first major assessment of Joseph Beuys’ work in London for twenty years. It will examine the artist’s activities in three key areas: his vitrines from the 1970s and 1980s; his performances or ‘actions’; and his most significant sculptural environments.
