Overview

At The Exchange. This project will explore live art and performance’s relationship with photography and documentation. There will be a photographic and video archive of live art activity in the region over the past twenty years organised by Art Surgery and Newlyn Art Gallery. Alongside this will be a display of performance for camera, demonstrating performance artists’ practice of working with photographers to create a still image.
