Antonio Calderara : Painting Infinity

19 Jan-17 Feb 2018

Lisson Gallery, 67 Lisson St
London NW1 5DA

Overview

Lisson Gallery presents its inaugural exhibition of work by Antonio Calderara (1903 – 1978). Featuring key works from the mid-1950s to the late 1960s, the exhibition will highlight an important period in Calderara’s practice, namely his shift from figuration to abstraction. Encompassing oil paintings and works on paper, the exhibition will be accompanied by a publication that outlines this period of Calderara’s life and career.
