As part of her solo exhibition Work of the Spirit (Parade), Tamar Guimarães will discuss her artistic practice and its broader contexts with art historian and curator Lars Bang Larsen. Lars Bang Larsen is an art historian at the University of Copenhagen. He has co-curated group exhibitions such as A History of Irritated Material, Raven Row, London (2010), and Populism, Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam (2005). His books include The Model. A Model for a Qualitative Society, 1968 (MACBA 2010), a monograph on Palle Nielsen's utopian adventure playground at Moderna Museet in Stockholm, and Sture Johannesson (2002).
