The Enigma of the Hour : 100 Years of Psychoanalytic Thought

6 Jun-4 Aug 2019

Freud Museum London
London NW3 5SX

Overview

This exhibition presents archival material touching on the origins and life of The International Journal of Psychoanalysis alongside contemporary artworks, bringing together themes central to both psychoanalysis and art: translation, transformation, temporality, the unconscious, metaphor and dreams. The artworks address these ideas, creating a conversation that reverberates throughout the evocative rooms of the Freud Museum.
