Overview

At Photo London, England & Co presents a cabinet room of photographs primarily from the 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s, encompassing artists' use of photography as a both medium and method for documentation and experimentation. Well-known artists are exhibited alongside recent re-discoveries, with a particular focus on work by women artists and photographers of the 1970s: the concept that ‘the personal is political’ informed their practice.
