Overview

Artists’ Block is the culmination of a residency by artists Kim Noble and Markus Lloyd who worked in Sarah Robinson House, a Portsea tower-block. Using the 120-flat block as their studio the artists invited the inhabitants to collaborate through a series of experimental projects.
