The Everyday Political brings together artists and art collectives from the North East of England and frames the messiness and intimacy of the social at a particular time and place.
Expanding on Holly Argent’s Women Artists of the North-East Library (Workplace Foundation, Gateshead, 22 June – 9 September), elements of the library will be exhibited at CGP London alongside new work including audio, text, painting and photography.

BERMONDSEY BOTHY RESIDENCY : RADIO ANTI

Radio Anti are the first commissioned artists-in-residence in our recently launched Bermondsey Bothy. During their residency, Radio Anti will research allegory, metaphor and other literary devices that alter or hide the meaning of apparently neutral documents and processes in areas such as finance, policing, immigration and local governance.
