Lead Me Not Into Temptation is a solo exhibition of new work by the artist Jane Hayes Greenwood.
Comprising of paintings, works on paper and a major sculptural installation, the exhibition continues the artist’s exploration of desire, shame and the erotic body.
Accompanying the exhibition will be a new publication that features images of the artist’s work, an interview by Abi Shapiro and newly commissioned text by Thomas Groves.
In addition to Arts Council England support, this exhibition is also supported by City & Guilds of London Art School and the GIRLPOWER COLLECTION who are kindly supporting the public events programme.

UNSEEN BY MY OPEN EYES : KEVIN GAFFNEY CURATED BY KATHLEEN SORIANO

Block 336 presents Unseen By My Open Eyes, the first solo exhibition of Irish artist Kevin Gaffney’s work in the UK.
A natural storyteller with a surrealistic bent, Gaffney considers issues of sexual and national identities through 4 seductive films that explore the construction, projection and manipulation of subjectivity.
Kathleen Soriano is an independent curator and Chair of the Liverpool Biennial, formerly Director of Exhibitions at the Royal Academy of Arts, and Director of Compton Verney Art Gallery.
In addition to Arts Council England support, this exhibition is also supported by The Elephant Trust, The Arts Council of Ireland, Culture Ireland and Guinness.

BLOOMBERG NEW CONTEMPORARIES 2017

Opening on 27th January 2018, Block 336 will host the Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2017 exhibition.
The panel of guest selectors: Caroline Achaintre, Elizabeth Price and George Shaw have chosen the following 47 artists for the annual open submission exhibition.
New Contemporaries is the leading organisation supporting emergent art practice from UK art schools.
Since 1949 New Contemporaries has consistently provided a critical platform for new and recent fine art graduates primarily by means of an annual, nationally touring exhibition.
Independent of place and democratic to the core, New Contemporaries is open to all.
